OTO Arena 3

Arena 3 uses Davis LETTO Fabric, a soft, breathable European textile with a dense weave and smooth surface designed to help reduce everyday snagging, pulling, and pilling from pet contact. No fabric is fully scratch-proof or indestructible. It is best suited to everyday use in cat households and homes with small-to-medium dogs, and performance varies with claw type, force, and frequency of contact.

Blot spills promptly, wipe gently with a clean damp cloth, and allow the area to air-dry. For pet hair, use a soft upholstery brush, lint roller, or approved low-suction upholstery attachment. Always follow the complete care guide before using any cleaner.

Arena 3 supports up to 330 lb (150 kg). The recommended user height range is 4'11"–6'3" (150–190.5 cm). Review the seat, backrest, armrest, and seat-height measurements before ordering.

The backrest adjusts from an upright 90 deg position to a relaxed 141 deg position using the multi-tilt mechanism. The infinite-lock design lets you stop at any angle in between, not a fixed-position system.

The 4-way lumbar system adjusts both vertically and in depth. Turn the right knob while seated to increase or decrease support depth; turn the left knob to raise or lower its position. Align it with your lower back for optimal comfort, and do not place weight on the backrest while adjusting.

Arena 3 replaces a synthetic-leather contact surface with soft European fabric designed for pet-friendly everyday use. It also combines high-density shaped foam, 4-way lumbar adjustment, 4D armrests, a magnetic head pillow, and a 90–141 deg infinite-lock recline. Features and materials vary across PU chair models, so compare the exact specifications of every chair you are considering.

New chairs may have a mild "new product" scent for the first few days. This is normal and typically dissipates within 3–5 days in a well-ventilated room. If the smell persists or is unusually strong, contact our support team for a replacement.

Assembly typically takes 20–30 minutes with one person. All required tools are included, along with a step-by-step video. A second person is helpful for lifting the assembled base and aligning the backrest, but not required.

The package is large but fits through a standard door. A two-person lift is recommended for the box due to its size.

In-stock orders are typically prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays. Standard delivery to the 48 contiguous United States usually takes 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on your location and carrier service availability. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands, other U.S. territories, or international addresses.

Arena 3 includes a 5-Year Limited Warranty covering defects in material or workmanship under normal use. OTO will repair or replace defective parts at our discretion during the warranty period. The chair should only be used as intended and in a non-abusive manner.

• Use in improper environments (high temperature, high humidity, water ingress)
• Inability to provide a warranty card or invoice, or the product is out of warranty
• Use of non-original certified parts or unauthorized repairs

1. Locate your order number and invoice, plus the product serial number on the sticker under the seat base.
2. Email support@otoergo.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or a short video.
3. For shipping damage, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and keep the original box and packaging materials until the claim is resolved.
4. Our team will review your case and provide next steps, such as a replacement part, repair, or replacement unit.

Eligible Arena 3 orders may be returned within 30 days of delivery under the OTO return policy. Returns must be in like-new condition, include all original accessories and packaging, and follow the approved return process. For returns without quality issues, the customer covers return shipping. For verified defects or shipping damage, OTO covers return shipping. Non-returnable items include custom-made, personalized, final sale, and clearance items.

Only products explicitly marked "Compatible with Arena 3" should be used as chair-specific accessories. Universal-fit items like standing desks, monitor arms, and floor mats work with any chair. The chair's seat-height range of 17.9–20.1 in works with most sit-stand desk heights.
